Just found out Harriettt was the daughter of John Kerlin. In the book "History In Catoosa County" by W H H Clark, it mentions on page 45 "John Kerlin came from Jackson Co. in 1836 and settled one mile south of James A. Head, at the foot of the mountain. Trickum was his great attraction. His money gave out in a year or two, he got a thigh broken riding a horse race and went back to Jackson Co. He had a nice family and his children were Mrs. Harriett Clark, Miss Polly and Sam Kerlin. e-mail me at [email protected]
