Just to through my two cents in, if I may. I am a decendent of Walter Ker, my line following his son Samuel to John-John-Thomas-Henry-Thomas-Mabel-etc. Mabel being my grandmother. You have all probably figured this out by now, but I will share what I have. According to a Kerr family book done in 1932, the following was given. Walter Ker had four sons: William: who married twice and had nine children (I don't have the names of the children.) Samuel: Married Catherine Mattison, daughter of Aaron Mattison. They had eleven children. (Their names I have). Joseph: who married Margaret Craig, daughter of Archibald Craig, and had eleven children. I don't have any of their names, but I am assuming that one had to be names Margaret, to follow the line back to Walter Ker. And last, John: who married before 1732, and had two children. (Names of the wife and children I do not have. I would be interested if anyone does have the names of William's, Joseph's and John children. I do have to say, that it is very impressive the information you have on the Ker/Kerr family. It is also nice to meet some distant cousins. Kurt
