Thomas Keown 1796, brother of James and Alexander?

I have been researching the Keown family and have come across a Thomas Keown b/1796 and married 1821 to Ellen Eleanor. He is from Kilkeel, County Down, Ireland the same as James and Alexander. I was wondering if anyone has any info that connects all these men to the same family.
