I am going to a Keogh family reunion in Canada next summer. I am going to get one of our males to be tested. Have you definitively crossed out the Kough family from the Palatines that settle in Wexford about 1710 as being related? Do you have the results for the alleles you tested posted somewhere? It is nice to know the family haplogroup, but the alleles may also help.
