I've traced my family's history on the Keon side back to Bartholomew Keon, born in Ireland, married to M. Elizabeth Sloan, who was born in England. Their son John Joseph Keon is my great-grandfather - he was born in Middleborough, England on 18 Apr 1878, and died 16 May 1942 in St. Louis, Michigan, which is where he is buried. He was married to Harriet Eveline Cuff of St. Louis, Michigan. I would love to find any information on Bartholomew Keon and M. Elizabeth Sloan, and their ancestors.
