I show my source for the 13 July as the historian. I don't recall ever corresponding with him, so I probably received the information second hand. I didn't usually reference my material that way so I am confused. I would have to dig back through several notebooks to find it.
A limited number of copies of the Author's Supplement were made available with permission of H N Kenyon's estate. There is nothing further in it as relates to our lines.
