Can anyone help with info on Ian D. Powrie born in Kenya in 1959. I believe he was killed in the Korean Airlines incident in 1983 when the Russians shot down a B747.
I think, but am not sure, that his father was David Eustace Powrie born in the UK 6 Sept 1931 (died 1991)who married a lady called Anne, and that Ian's grandfather was Ian Eustace Powrie born in c.1902 whose wife was Aileen or Margaret Aileen. Ian senior worked for Barclays Bank.
