Access to records in Kenya

I am wondering if anyone can help me with suggestions of hopw to access official records in Kenya, short of travelling there which is not possible at the moment.

I am trying to access some Colonial records relating to a person designated "undesirable" in about 1928-1930, about which an appeal was launched. I am also trying to access some form of immigration or travel records showing people moving in and/or out of the country at the similar period, and also an inquest / death certificate and will dating 1941/1942.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
