It is always Possible that your NOYER line is related to our KENOYER line or it's related spellings:
Gnarr, Kneyer,Knoyer,Kneier. Misspellings were the norm back in those days.
Your message did not include any of the first names of your NOYER line.
Our KENOYER line was in York Co and Adams Co from about 1750-1809 when most headed to IN and OH.
