I have a Hughes Owen Kennon in my ancestory that married a Margaret IRBY on 27 Oct 1824 in Grainger Co. Tennessee.
They had two sons:
John Kennon born abt 1826 in Tennessee
Milton Kennon born abt 1830 in Tennessee.
John Kennon married a Mary CHEESEBROUGH on 10 May 1860 in Ste. Genevieve Co., Missouri. John served in the Civil War and died on 10 Feb 1865 in Nashville, Madison Co., Tennessee and is buried in the National Cemetery there.
Milton Kennon married a Margaret Miranda DANIEL on 23 Nov 1859 in Ste. Genevieve Co., Missouri. I am looking for more information on John Kennon. I have more if your are interested. Please let me know.
