I'm looking for information on my grandmother. I know very little about her. He name was Helen Kennon. She married my Grandfather George Bert Briley from Sumner County TN. She was born 9/29/1911 died 3/1/1942. She is buried in the Old Halltown Cemetery in Sumner county. My grandfather was born and raised in sumner county. I haven't been able to locate any info pertaining to her in any sumner county site so I don't know if she was originally from another county of TN. Helen had 2 children, my father George Harris Briley, and Georgia Christine Briley. Helen passed away when my father was about 12 years old. My dad and aunt have passed away now, so I'm at a deadend. My dad never really talked about her much, I don't think he ever got over the lose, so she must have been a wonderful person. I would really love to know her.. if anyone has any information please email me.
