I'm sorry I don't have more info on Mary Kennon. I have not seen it, but I am told that she appears in the 1870 census of Hopkins Co, TX with my James Dennis Cooke and a Melcena Cooke in her household. It will give you the state she was born in as well as her parents, if that helps.
