The source is:

William Weaver and Susy his wife
Peter Stevens and Tirza? his wife
Jackson KENNINGTON
Ezekial KENNINGTON

Mary Ann KENNINGTON and
Rosanna KENNINGTON
in all that parcel or tract of land described and set forth in Exhibit A filed with Complainants Bill--
It is further ordered that the defendants pay the costs of these proceedings--June 30, 1859
Sorry for the question marks, the copy I have is not perfect.
Thanks for your help!
