Hi,
I have two KENNETTs who came to South Africa. My greatgrandfather, Henry Jacob KENNETT says in his bible that he was born in Maidstone in March 1842. After coming to South Africa he married a WILKINSON whose sister was married to a William Roberts KENNETT. Elsewhere it says they were brothers but this is not a primary source so I have my doubts but would love yo know more. William Robert KENNETT's death notice says he was born in Maidstone (he also appears on the LDS IGI).

Do let me know if your KENNETTs fit in anywhere here.
