Kennerly, Gainesville, TX by Kedrick D Kenerly of 381 Sam Tag wrote a book, called "Sam Tag", which is available on interlibrary loan from several libraries, or reprints may be obtained from the Franklin Co. Historical Society located at the County Library in Winchester, TN. I am descended from John Pell Kennerly, b c 1773, and Nancy Reynolds, Sam Tag's grandparents through their daughter Malinda, who married John Buckner and have their records back to the first Samuel Kennerly, who arrived here 1710-1718.
