Sorry I didn't get back to you this weekend but I had the kids home from college.I recently corresponded with someone with K*nners in Scioto but I'm having trouble finding it.Must be on the computer at home.Will look this weekend if time permits.
I also have a contact in England, Joan Kenner, I think is her name.She has collected a lot of K*nners from Europe but I don't think she is on the net anymore.Will dig up her address too.
I'm fluent in German so if you need any help composing/reading a letter let me know.If I remember correctly German records have been centralized and there is a place you can write to which will help for a small fee.(A friend of mine loaned me a book once about researching you family in Germany but alas that was many years ago and I did not make a copy of it.)
For what it's worth, Kenner, means "One Who Knows" in German so it is the equivalent of connisseur or expert.You see it a lot in ads.Kinner, alas, means only "One With Chin."
