Hans was born in 1738.He married Rachael Boshart about 1770 and died about 1836.Some of the early Kennamers are known for living a long time. Hans had two brothers, John and Grorge, and one sister, Ann Maria.Hans and Rachael had 15 children by my count, Pricilla, Jacob, Jesse, Hance, Mary, Samuel, Stephen, John, Susan, (daughter), David, Abraham, Rachel, Levi, and Zachariah.(I bet he never had to take the trash out)
Here is a little more info I have handy:
"Steffa, at age 60, and son Jocob were among 191 immigrants from a ship that sailed from Rotterdam, Holland. They took the oath September 26th, 1732.They originally settled in the Cordorus Settlement near York, Pa.The family migrated before 1740 to Fairfield County, S.C. and then in 1815 to Kennamer Cove, Marshall County Alabama.Steffa's son Jacob is father of Hans, George, Ann Maria, and John.
