Jeffrey SNELLING of Ipswich, Suffolk. Accountant.
George ABBOTT of Ipswich, Suffolk. Stove Manufacturer.
George KENNELL of Ipswich, Suffolk. Bricklayer.

NB the last 3 individuals are acting as Trustees of the Ipswich Branch of the Independent Order of Oddfellows Friendly Society.

SUBJECT
Frank Cadge is borrowing 225 from the Oddfellows Friendly Society on a mortgage on property in Ipswich.

The property consists of 2 messuages known as 'Shanklin Cottages' in the Parish of St Clement in Ipswich, Suffolk, near Osborne Road and Salisbury Road.

A note added later on the back of the Indenture records that the mortgage was paid off in 1904.
