Kim,
I have so very little info on the KENNEDY family. In fact, I just got back from a genealogical society meeting, and stayed to order several MI Census reels.I'm hoping that the spaceship lands soon.
I have Marting KENNEDY b abt 1814 (calculating the age of 46 years in the 1860 Census of MI) in Ireland. He m. (when?) to Mary Ann (WHO) b. abt 1814 (again calculating using the census records of 1860) in Ireland. They made their way to London, Ontario, Canada sometime before 1846.Then, by 1860, they were living in Clyde Twp, St Clair County, MI.While in London, Mary Ann KENNEDY was b. in 1846 and Thomas KENNEDY was b. in 1849.
Miss Mary Ann KENNEDY m. 1 May 1862 to Roderick (aka Rody, Rory, Rodney, John) O'MEARA in Port Huron, MI.They lived in Clyde Twp and had nine children, one of which was my great-grandfather.
I have no death info for Martin and his wife, nor for Mary Ann KENNEDY O'MEARA (Mrs. Rory).
I would like to find death info for Martin and old Mary Ann.And I'm looking for birth info for Mrs. Rory and Thomas KENNEDY.I would also like to find Mary and Thomas's siblings.
Hope this helps.Hopefully this spring I can get to London. It's only a couple of hours away from me.
Thanks,
Karen
