Charles,
I am searching for more information on a Capt. John B. kennamer and his Union Scouts and Guides. In this unit he had an Asa Rich who was captured and hung in 1865 with some other men at Ryan's Farm. Would like to know where Capt. Kennamer men may be burried and where is "Rayan's Farm"? Did Capt. John Kennarmer write any thing on this unit and its purpose? Found where Asa Rich wife Elizabeth( She is the daugter of Rev. James
Sutton of Marshall County,AL)filed for Asa pension in 1870 and she listed him in Capt. Kennamer unit. I am very new at this search and any information are a drection into where to look will help.Let me know if this message is at the right location.
