(This post is for the benefit of others as CJ and I have exchanged information off line)

William Kenna had an older brother, James Kenna Sr. (1809-1886), who immigrated from Limerick, Ireland to Troy, NY in 1834. James was born in Ballingarry, Limerick County, Ireland. In 1839 James and William purchased land together in Little Falls, NY. James was married to Honora Rourke (O'Rourke) and they had 10 children (9 in Little Falls).
