Marilyn, saw your post about the Sanders and Kendrick families. Was wondering if you have any further info about the William Kendrick you mentioned in the war of 1812-he is one of our ancestors. Born November 29, 1774 in Halifax Co., Va and died 1824 in York Co. SC. He was in the 1st Infantry Regiment under Lt. Col Hugh Means. He achieved the rank of Captain. His son John W. born 1805 in York Co., SC moved to Chattooga Co., Ga, and we are descended from him. Thanks for any info about William you might have.
