His whole name is Victor Hugo Kendall. His wife's name is Ora Beulah SHELBORNE. Victor was born in March 1880 in Ballard County, KY. Beulah was born in 1889. They both died in 1945. They are buried in Elsey Cemetery, Bardwell, KY. Cleo is one of 9 children. She was born about 1912 in KY. Hugo can be found on the 1930 Census in Carlisle County, KY.
