It is with great sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Norma.
Norma was born in Vancouver, B.C. and was predeceased by her parents Stanley and Elsie Kendall and her only sister Sheila Wilkerson.
Norma passed away in Quesnel, B.C. where she and her husband Jack resided for the past 60 years.
A generous and thoughtful woman, who loved gardening, cooking, entertaining and crosswords. Norma was devoted to her faith through the St. Andrews United Church all the years she resided in Quesnel.
Norma had a great love for the Cariboo and the outdoor life. Those who knew her knew how she loved to walk.
Norma will lovingly be remembered and sadly missed by her husband Jack, and her daughters Janis (Alvin), Janet (Ron), Christine (Karn), Emily (Dolan), grandchildren Glen, Carey (Sean), Lori, Jeremy (Colleen), Jacob (Melissa) and great grandchildren, Mitchell, Jack, Austin, Zachary, Jaylan, Rowan, Marlon and Angus.
Norma will forever remain alive in the hearts of her daughters.
Those wishing to honour Norma’s memory by way of donation may do so to the Quesnel Legion Branch #97 and/or the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada
