Hello Melinda, Having corresponded for many years with Elaine Merrill, I can say she would be a likely one to contact for this book. Elder Henry Kendall was the brother of the ancestor she herself was tracing. If she is still around and involved with genealogy, she would definately need to be contacted. Hope you find her.
