I have an original 4”x6” photograph in a 5”x7” frame, of “Bessie Kemper”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in Indianapolis (Marion Co.) IN, and she looks to be about 16 years old.

I found Bessie in the 1900 census for Indianapolis, daughter of Albert H. (42) and Elizabeth (41) Kemper, with two older brothers. Bessie’s date of birth is listed as August 1884 in Indiana.
