I am at a roadblock with my family tree. My great-great grandather Syden (or spelled Sidney) Kemp died in 1905 in Cedar Key, FL - he had a wife Mary (do not know her maiden name) and children that had to go to foster care. I know their names but that is far as it goes. I got this info from the adoption agency. On the records, it only said he was 'real old'. I feel that someone might have info on any of the KEMPS from that area. I have run into some but they say they have no Sidney or Sydney Kemps but I know he existed!! LOL Please help! I don't have the finances to join up with these other places or to hire someone to help...I would appreciate any help!
