Minnie KEMMLER (nee BETTINGER) married 2nd Albert Franklin OSMAN 17 Aug 1910 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., PA. Albert died 2 Feb 1940, Steubenville, Jefferson Co., OH, and is buried at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, McKees Rocks, Allegheny Co., PA. In the Ohio death index his surname was recorded as Oaman.
