Since you have had no replies to your message, I thought I would even though this is not my Keltner line. From your message it sounds as though Daniel Decker had two wives, Elizabeth Keltner and Mary.Elizabeth most likely died early in the marriage, and Daniel remarried and moved to AR, all after 1843 and before 1850.Daniel then died, and Mary remarried someone with the surname Choate, who subsequently died before 1900.
Elizabeth was either the daughter of Henry or John Keltner.Guessing, I would say Henry as he appears in the 1860 McMinn Co., TN, census.Monroe Co. is the next county east of McMinn.Whereas, John Keltner was in the 1830 Bledsoe Co., TN, census.Bledsoe is west of McMinn.Believe Henry also married 1846 Roane Co., TN, as a #2? or #3? wife, Jane Decker.Henry born 1791, and Jane born 1795.Could Jane have been related to Daniel Decker?Since she was about 51 when she married Henry, this most likely was not her first marriage either.
Henry, John and Daniel Keltner apparently were brothers who served in the War of 1812 out of SC.Henry and John went to TN while Daniel remained in SC, then later GA. There may have been another brother William H. Keltner who shows in 1830 Crittendon Co., AR, and later in Saline Co., AR.As far as I know, their parents remain unidentified.
Hope this is of some help.
