I am looking for information regarding the family of Clarence Kelsay, my grandfather. He was born in Texas on July 4,1921 and died January 2, 1990. He lived in san Antonio, Texas. I believe his father's name was John, but I do not remember much other family information. He had a brother, Bill, and some sisters. I know his father divorced his mother, remarried, and had several other children. Some of the family tried to contact his wife (my grandmother) after his death, but she refused to contact them back. I am curious about this family that I have out there that I don't even know. Clarence had 14 children (12 still living, 3 boys, 11 girls). There are over fifty grandchildren and great-grandchildren in the family. Surprisingly, out of all of these, there is only one boy to carry on the Kelsay name we know. I do not want anything from anybody except information on the family, who they are, what there life is like and so on. I recently graduated with my Master's from Texas A&M University and will be getting married next year. I am going to lose my "Kelsay" name that I love so much, but it would be nice to know that good people are carrying it on. If anyone has any information, please feel free to reply. Thanks!
