Hi Colin!!!
Well fancy that!!!
I have just brought about another 8 of the letters that Tom has although I keep missing out on alot of the "biggies" but what I am getting is giving me some information.
I got interested in Kelsall purely by accident as I was looking on ebay for anything to do with Halstead in Kent (my family research) and he had listed a letter from him to Halstead in Essex. Dad had both army and navy connections and well I just got really fasicnated about him.

As a very nosey female I am very interested in how you came by the collection and guess that you are someone who is well into their stamps (dad would have loved these both for the stamps and the historical value!!)

I have checked out the link you listed - brilliant its given me more info!

Now I am going to be even cheekier. I am planning on going back to Uni next year (if my pocket will let me!!) to do a long overdue masters degree in Histirical Researcha and I am planning on using Kelsall for study.

I would be greatful for any info you have and would like to talk to you some more.
here's my email address as that would probably be easier
hope you will gett in touch Colin lesley-carl@tiscali.co.uk

Looking forward to hearing from you
Lesleyxx
