I have been given several "Visiting Cards" from a friend who purchased them at an auction. I am attempting to contact someone from the direct line of Erastus Kellogg and pass on his photo. The card is approximately 2 1/2 inches by 4 inches and these cards were given when wishing to visit someone. The front of the card is a photo of a gentleman, possibly in his early thirties. Handwritten on the back, Mr. Erastus Kellogg, Mukwonago, Wisconsin. There is nothing to indicate the year of the photo. *(possible candidate) 1910 Mukwonago TWP, Waukesha, WI census: Kellogg, Erastus S., MW, 64 yrs., (2nd marriage <1879>) of 31 yrs., b. WI parents b. NY NY Farmer Louella wife FW 53 yrs., 1st marriage of 31 yrs., # of children 3/ # living 3, b. WI parents b. NY NY Chauncey H. son 20 yrs., single, b. WI parents b. WI WI I am an avid genealogist for my family and know how wonderful it would be to have a photo of any member. I hope that you can assist me with any information that may be helpful in reaching a direct line descendant of Erastus Kellogg.
