Seems reasonable to me. The genealogy by Timothy Hopkins was brilliant and the family is indebted to him for preparing it. However, it left certain holes and later researchers are gradually filling them up; e.g. the wife and parents of Phillip Kellogg. There is no doubt that he married Anne Mynot and the only reasonable known explanation for his parents are that they were Thomas and Juliana (Westley) Kellogg.
