A biography of Bishop B. Kelley is included in "Progressive Men of the State of Montana". Parents: John and Charity (Beeson) Kelley, natives of CT and VA, respectively. On 14 Dec 1888, Bishop married Mrs. Elizabeth M. (Davis) Burt, born in Manchester, England, daughter of John Davis. She had one son, Charles J. Burt.
