Troy, I am just doing the Kellermans as part of my family tree. This family moved from Bedford, Pa. to Reeder Anderson Kansas. The 1880 census has a family .
David Kellerman, Merchant, 33 year old, born in Pa.
Dora Kellerman, wife, 27 years old, born in Pa.
Samuel A. Kellerman, 6 years old, born in Ks
Troy Kellerman, 1 year old, born in Ks.
Further, I believe that Dora Kellerman was a Kellerman and married a cousin.
The first Kellerman in this family was a German soldier fighting for the British. He settled in Lancaster, Pa.
Mrs. Juanita Kellerman
745 West 1st Ave
Garnett, Ks 66032 is a family historian as well as a
supervisor at a Kansas historical society. She would help you. My ggaunt married William Kerr Kellerman. They moved to Kansas. They had about five children and she died around
1877. Bill, then remarried, moved elsewhere had another
batch of children. She died. He remarried , moved to Calfornia and had more kids. His father John , also, married
two or three times and had a ton of kids.
Currently, a Bill Kellerman is a mamber of the SAR.
Three of us represent the descendant of our ancestor Adam
Miller. If Juanita says that you are one of the Henrietta
Miller children, then get back to me and I will load you down with Miller Genealogy. Many of the Kellermans never heard of Juanita because she is not on the internet.
Keep in touch.
Neal
