I am related to a family of Kellams who came from GA in the early 1800s, lived for a while (around 1837) in AL, and then came to Rusk CO, TX, around 1840. My great-great-grandfather, Robert Frank Kellam, moved on to Camden, Ouachita CO, AR, in 1848. He had a brother, Thomas J (don't know what the J stands for, could be Josh), born in GA about 1833, came to TX with the family, and a nephew, Thomas, born in TX about 1867.

Either or both could be your Thomas Josh Kellam, not sure what era you are looking for.

Robert (Chip) Matthews
