The other George you mention (m. to Agness, dau. Martha b. 1819) is unlikely, since we're very sure our Martha Agnes "Mattie" Keith's birth date is April 01, 1868,* but George Thomas KEITH (b. 1829) with a mother named Agnes (McCOY) looks most promising.

*Also, FWIW: Martha Agnes "Mattie" Keith died March 01, 1949, in Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX and is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
