Hi -

I've been working diligently on the Keith family for the past 2 weeks. I have some information that varies from yours .... will wait until a later post to discuss these differences.

Right now I'm questioning the mother of Mary Jane Keith, daughter of James (1803). I have found various dates of birth for her .... bet 1835-1839. James married Polly Parsons in 1824. In 1836, James m. Nancy (Ward) Sutherlin, widow of David Sutherlin who she m. 1827.

Mary Jane Keith m. John Meadows about 1855. She d. 23 Jun 1923 in Monroe Co., IN.

Was Mary Jane the daughter of Polly or Nancy? Does anyone have access to certificate of deaths for that county?
