Alexr. Keith b. 1746/50 VA d. 1828 IN - Parents? Wife?

Alexander Keith, b. bet 1746/50, enlisted in the Revolutionary War from Frederick Co., VA. He m. Phebe. They had 4 children surviving in 1818. “ ….. his [Alexander Keith] family consists of six in number, James Keith of the age of seventeen years who is able to work, Polly Keith of the age of twenty three years, that she is very sickly and unable to work, Nancy Keith of the age nineteen years, that she is able to work Susannah Keith of the age of thirteen years, that she is not healthy being unable to work, Phebe Keith my wife of the age of fifty five years, that she is unable to work being infirm.” Alexander left Virginia, moving to Scott Co., KY about 1793. There he remained until moving to Indiana, where he is enumerated in the 1820 Orange Co., IN federal census. Alexander d. 14 May 1828.
I am searching for Alexander’s parents and Phebe’s maiden name.
