Henry Keifer or Nancy Keifer in PA

I'm looking for a connection in Central PA. I have a Joseph Detwiler that married a Nancy Keifer and also mentioned is a grandfather Henry Keifer.

I also have a George Keifer Hood 1878 - 1949 that has that middle name of Keifer. This is in Huntingdon Cty., PA.

There was also a Anna Hood that married a William Detwiler in 1870 in Blair Cty., PA. This William was a son of Joseph Detwiler.

At this point I need to fill in some blanks and get more info on these families. There are other spellings for Keifer, like Keefer, Keiffer, Keeffer.
Is anyone out there that could shed some light on this. Thanks.
