I have hit a roadblock with him! August KIEFER married Julia Viola VAIL. There children were Gertrude, Lillian, Grace, Bertha, and Joseph. (I have pictures of all of them - but not Julia or August that I know of). August was either born in PA or NY. I believe the family came from Germany. Any help?? Connections???
