Hi I may be able to help you. I live in Paden City, WV. and my husband is a Keifer descendant. Abraham I. Keifer was born about 1810 in Alcase. He came to America to Ohio and married Magdalene Schiefman. They lived in Monroe Co. and some of their children moved across the Ohio River to Wetzel and Tyler Co WV. Their children were Mary Ann m Jacob Fankhauser (my husbands line), George m Alvilda VanCamp, Abraham m Mary Magdalene Grall, John, Catherine m John Seber, Christian, and Magdalena.
