William was a son of Henry Keever & Rhoda Isham and was born in Ohio abt 1817..

He married Phoebe Wimmer.

Children included Susan, b. 1852,
Elmira C., b. 1856,
Mary E., b. 31 Dec 1859,
Joseph Edward, b. 11 Dec 1861
