I was very interested in your line of Keeters. There are a lot of names in your line that are in mine but I can't find how it all fits together.I have a Mahalia Keeter that I am looking for b. 24 Jul 1815 d. 21 Jan 1880, my gggrandmother (3 greats). She married Joseph B. Morris, not sure of marriage date.I found them in the 1860 census of Pickens, Co., GA.He was listed as age 47 b. SC, she as 45 b. NC.They had nine children living in the house with them and a son, Joseph, Jr. with a wife and son listed next.Joseph/Mahalia's youngest child, Tennessee (listed in census age 3)is my ancestor.I didn't know where in NC to look for more info.
Tennessee had sons named Samuel Aden, John Pinkney,Joseph James, Richard Hill, and Dock Will.Daughters: Cora, Susan Octavia, Ella Ludocia. Can you help? I would like to find out Mahalia's parents names.
