Dear Diane - the family database I received at last year's Keesling Reunion does list Sarah as his daughter. I descend from Martin's brother, John. Family lore is that they served in the War together. Additional notes in the database stae:
Martin purchased part of his father's farm in Bern township, but later sold it and
located in Heidelberg township. He sold this plot of land, and on January 12, 1791, he obtained a
warrant for land in Huntingdon County, Pa., amounting to 50 acres, along with his brother John. He died there in Huntington County, with his will being filed and probated there.
Martin served in the Revolutionary War as a Private in Capt. Ferdinand Ritter's Company, 6th Battalion
under Col. Joseph Heister, August 10 to September 9, 1780 and as a Private in Capt. Soder's Company, 3rd Battalion in 1778.
According to his 1822 will, he and Elizabeth had the following daughters: Anna Maria, Elizabeth, and Sarah Kissling, Susanna Bair, Rosanna Rowland, Catharine Rowland, and Hannah Enyeart.
Martin and Elizabeth were married by Rev Heinrick Mueller, Trinity Lutheran Church, Reading, PA. Martin's father, Jacob, was a deacon in the church.
