Hi,
There have been a few of the Keesecker descendents posting here the last few months. My notes show John Ernst Kiesecker as the father of Mathias Keesecker. John was married to Christina Beck. Both of these were born in Steinmark, Germany. John- 10 DEC 1727 to 22 APR 1799 death in Berkeley County, VA (later WV) Christina b 1730 and died in Berkeley County.
Their children include Andrew (my line), Mathias. Aaron, John, George, Mary, possibly another John Ernest.
I also have a Johann Matthaus Kiesecker born 21 SEP 1724 in Steinmark. My notes also show him to be related to John Ernst above as a brother, but I am not sure of this.
A cousin (or brother of these two was Phillip in Washington County, MD in the middle 1700s. His son was Simon and he is married into another line of mine Jacob Katterman's daughter Elisabeth in Berks County, PA about 1770.
I have no descendents for the youngest Mathias, brother of Andrew.
