Hi Mia - Thanks for your quick reply! This is fun! Oland was also a big part of my childhood also when he lived in Wooldland Hills, CA. He was a real character and made holidays fun. My mother, Dolores, kept in touch with his widow, Lee, until her death. Harold(many called him Hal, old friends called him "Dix", short for Dixie)had two daughters. Deborah(2-10-47) married Robert Van Dusen (long since divorced) and has a son, Dennis(3-17-67)who is single. Diane(me, 6-12-50)is married to Frederic Hite. He is a periodontist and I have been a full-time mom after teaching. We have four children. Thomas(10-17-69),Darcy (8-1-73),Darren (2-13-76)and Emily(5-6-83) All are single. I am closest to my cousin,Maryanne, who is the daughter of Roy. She and her husband, Donald Schulze, have no children. She is currently traveling the country with him in a motor home and may just explore the Keenum family in your area some time. They are wonderful people and she is fairly knowledgeable on family history. Hope we get a chance to meet someday too. Because of our fathers' rather traumatic childhood, it is a shame our families have never had a chance to get to know each other. Thanks again!
