I purchased the subject photo of a young couple that was possibly taken on or about their wedding day by Wheeler, Pendleton, OR.It is identified on the back of the mount in period ink handwriting:

This couple is listed in the 1900 U.S. Census data for Pullman, Whitman Co., WA; the 1910 U.S. Census data for Seattle (resided at 4301 Whitman Avenue), King Co., WA; and the 1920 U.S. Census data for Pullman (resided at 1107 Kamiakeu? Street), Whitman Co., WA.The couple were married about 1891 and had five children, including: Clinton M. Keeney, born Dec 1892 in WA, Aliph Keeney, born Jun 1894 in WA, and Amy Keeney, born about 1903 in WA.
James S. Keeney, born Jun 1866 in PA, was the son of a farmer, John Keeney (1839-1879), and Flora Aliph Stevens (1839-1879).The family is listed in the Kansas State Census data for Shannon Township, Pottawatomie Co., KS.He was employed as a station agent in 1900, a bookkeeper for a manufacturing company in 1910, and a station man for N. P. (Northern Pacific?) rail in 1920.
Estella Morrison Williams, born May 1872 in KS, was the daughter of a farmer, William R. Williams (1835-1909), and Amy Fairchild (1854-) (widow of J. W. Morrison).See her father's obituary published in the "Washington State Journal" for Thursday, 28 Jan 1909, available online.
