Pat KEENAN, 1804, Northern Ireland

A Pat Keenan and Mary of Markethill, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, were passengers to the USA in 1804. They sailed on October 19, 1804, from the Port of Newry aboard the ship Ceres bound for New York. The ship's passenger list indicated that this Pat Keenan was thirty years of age and that Mary Keenan was twenty-four years of age. He was a farmer and she was a spinster.

I think that this Pat Keenan went to Maryland by 1808 and settled in Kentucky by 1817. Can anyone identify the ancestry of this Pat Keenan in Ireland or his lineage in the United States of America? I seek documented evidence of same or substantial leads which I can verify. I am also interested in learning what happened to the Mary Keenan who accompanied Pat Keenan to New York from Ireland. Should you have information concerning either of these two emigrants, I should enjoy having a message from you.
