Thomas and Sarah had 6 sons, but only one survived to have children. That was David Crocket Keenan. He had 9 sons, of which only 6 married, of those 6 that married, only 4 had children, of those 4 that had children only 2 had sons. Therefore David Crocket had 9 sons, but only 2 grandsons. They are Charles Junior and my father David Keenan. Charles Junior had two sons, one of which that married and had a son.
My father, David Coy has one son(by brother) that has two sons with the Keenan name. Thomas and Sarah also had 4 daughters that all married and had many children and mostly lived in the Dallas area. Chenoweth, Bell, were some of those they married. I grew up in Dallas in in the 50's and 60's until we moved away in 1970. My DAd has been honored at the Farmers Branch cemetary as they descendant of Thomas and Sarah Keenan. My father is 82 and lives in Mo. I am the family historian.

I will be in Va next week visiting a son in college and will go by Augusta County VA where I think some of the Keenan's came through in the 1970's.
